Located on Theatinerstraße, a renowned street in Munich's Old Town known for its high-end appeal and historic buildings, the new store brings Michael Kors' flair and sophistication to the heart of the city’s luxury shopping district.
The 6,053-square-foot store will feature a curated selection of Michael Kors fashion and accessories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, small leather goods, and footwear, alongside watches, jewelry, fragrances, and eyewear. The store will also feature an extensive selection from the Michael Kors Men's label, including leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, small leather goods, and accessories.
Additionally, the store will feature a monogramming machine, allowing customers to customize their favorite handbags and small leather goods.
The new store showcases the brand's laid-back approach to luxury, emphasizing elegance and ease. Customers are welcomed by modern elements, including polished marble surfaces, sleek wood flooring and finishes, and plush fabrics. The design and color palette are inspired by warm neutrals and natural textures, creating an inviting environment. Floating displays, vivid lighting, and expansive windows create a relaxed ambiance, allowing guests to explore and shop.
To celebrate the opening of the store, the brand will host a private event in mid-September, with guests including local influencers, friends of the brand, and press. The event will feature a live DJ, cocktails and passed bites.
