Denim, one of fashion’s most enduring and universally beloved materials, is reinterpreted through a dedicated Miu Miu selection. Rooted in the brand’s late-Nineties, utility-inspired nascency, denim becomes integral to its wardrobe.
Jeans are centred around denim’s versatility, in terms of occasion and lifestyle. Available in four principal iterations, the first is oversized, with an elongated palazzo leg. A loose-fit variation has an eased boyfriend leg and is available both high- and mid-rise. Finally straight fit jeans have a classic line and a more narrow, shorter leg. In myriad, elaborately treated, vintage-inspired shades of blue, from deep indigo to pale, complete with shade, fade, and whiskering, all are washed for a lived-in softness and feature an embroidered Miu Miu logo front or back.
Originally from the French city of Nimes – ‘de Nimes’ – denim is the most universally appealing fabric in history, designed to enhance the look of the wearer and to adapt to every individual’s needs: dressed up or eased.
