Hermès Fall/Winter 2026 Review

The thing about Hermès is that it's Hermès. In the current unpredictable world, Hermès never fails to deliver impeccable clothes that are not even trying hard.

While other brands desperately try to create trends or invite the biggest K-Pop stars to gain a great EMV (earned media value), Hermès does not bother with any of that. It simply sits above the noise. The leather work was exceptional, but we would expect nothing less from them. The models walked with such confidence, but a confidence that didn't feel cocky or snobby. It looked like a woman you would look up to.

The Hermès woman this season has authority. Last Spring/Summer 26 she was a little provocative and sexy, whereas this season she is untamed, unphased, and most importantly, she rises above it all. The energy of the Hermès woman today was commanding and sensual, without (too much) exposure.

You could see it in the midi skirts with zips that can be opened or closed depending on how much you want to reveal, in the back openings, the sleeves rolled up. Everything was controlled, deliberate. There were also many outdoorsy bags made of toile (I need to confirm this after going to the re see), and the long coats were beautiful. Slight balloon sleeves and a more accentuated waist. It felt lived in rather than styled just for a happy few who get to attend the runway show.

And maybe that is the real strength of Hermès. In a world where so many things feel chaotic, Hermès simply keeps getting it right. It is that rare kind of safe value. You know what you are getting, you know what the brand stands for, and you know where you are investing.
