Celine Unveils the Little Half Moon for the Soft Triomphe Line

The Soft Triomphe was first introduced at the Printemps 2026 show, Michael Rider’s first collection for CELINE and presented again for the Été collection at the Domaine de Saint Cloud. Defined by a discreet Triomphe magnetized closure, everyday proportions, and a smooth silhouette, this new line of bags reflects CELINE’s contemporary ease.

Crafted from a supple shiny lambskin, the Soft Triomphe combines softness and structure to achieve its curving form. Using a sewn- back technique typical of CELINE’s maroquinerie, the construction remains lightweight and tactile, ensuring the Soft Triomphe maintains its suppleness over time.

Subtly signed with a miniature iteration of the Triomphe closure, the new interpretation of the house emblem – scaled down, simplified, and seamlessly integrated – embodies a new attitude within the broader CELINE language.

The line debuts in two shapes: the Besace with its rounded body and front flap, and the Half Moon, a sleeker silhouette that rests naturally against the body. Both can be worn crossbody or on the shoulder offering versatility.

The Soft Triomphe is available in Black, Soft Tan, and Syrah – each tone transitioning from day to evening. With its discreet hardware, supple hand, and effortless attitude, the Soft Triomphe channels the true timelessness of CELINE’s most emblematic signature.
