New products - 2/26/26

Paris, February 2026 — BIRKENSTOCK 1774 and Paris based designer Thibo Denis unveil the second chapter of the project — a continuation of the design story merging heritage, function, and modern craftsmanship.

Building on the first release, which introduced three entirely new silhouettes — the Goerlitz, Uerzell, and Stroedt — Chapter Two revisits these sculptural forms through fresh color and material expressions.

The collection remains rooted in the idea of “climbing the city” — a metaphor for movement, exploration, and the freedom to navigate urban landscapes with confidence and curiosity.  Denis translates this concept into tactile, versatile designs rendered in warm, grounded tones that balance urban dynamism with natural ease.

The Goerlitz, known for its amplified proportions and dual-strap structure, returns in Bordeaux and Taupe suede, emphasizing its layered construction and grounded presence.

The Uerzell, a refined slip-on mule with clean lines and a visible cork midsole, is reimagined in Black suede — a study in sculptural simplicity and effortless versatility.

The Stroedt, originally introduced in leather, now appears in Marone and Taupe suede, giving the low-profile lace-up a softer, more tactile expression.

Each silhouette features the signature BIRKENSTOCK Blue Footbed — a removable, anatomically shaped insole rooted in the brand’s orthopedic tradition — and is finished with the iconic bone-pattern outsole and the 1774 emblem embossed in blue.

The collection will be available from February 19th, 2026, in unisex sizing from 36 to 47, at 1774.com and through selected global retail partners.
